Returns & Exchanges

At Sage Haven Co, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns:

1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging with all tags and labels
   intact.
3. Used items will not be accepted for return.

Local Shoppers (Southeast Idaho):

1. Local shoppers have the option to return items in person to our warehouse to avoid
   shipping costs.

Return Shipping:

1. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. You may request a shipping label through your account under “Orders/Returns” and the
   cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process:

1. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
2. The refund amount will reflect any discounts or promotional codes applied at the time of
   purchase.
3. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original
   payment method.

Final Sale Items:

1. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
